HyClone announces the launch of its Rapid Response Production™ service. Designed to provide custom media and reagents with short turnaround times, HyClone’s Rapid Response Production service manufactures products typically within seven days of request. The service facilitates cell culture research, product and process development.

HyClone’s Rapid Response Production suite is capable of producing liquid media and reagents in lot sizes up to 200 liters and dry powdered lots sizes up to 10 kg. Liquids can be packaged in small-volume bottles, and 5, 10, and 20 liter sizes of HyClone’s BioProcess Container™ systems. Dry powdered lots can be packaged in bulk quantities or volume-specific bottles.

Rapid Response Production provides a high quality, cost effective solution to customers requiring small volumes of media that are not typically available through HyClone’s cGMP production facility. This service further solidifies HyClone as the premier source for media and reagents to meet customers’ process-specific cell culture objectives.
