FetalClone II is optimized for the growth of CHO cells and derivatives, offering the same basic formulation as FetalClone I, plus additional growth factors and supplements. No adaptation is required and suggested concentrations are the same as those used with FBS. This product has been successfully used with the cell lines shown in the table below.
