Today’s rapid advances in biotechnology have created a growing need for ultra-pure process liquids in large volumes. From Water for Injection (WFI) Quality Water to wash/suspension solutions and purification buffers, HyClone is established as the premier supplier of research and industryscale process liquids.

For every liter of cell culture medium feeding a bioreactor, 5 to 20 L of sterilefiltered process liquids are required for downstream processing of desired end products. Downstream processes include suspension, separation, and purification.

Whether large volumes of WFI Quality Water,washing and rinsing solutions, or other process liquids such as buffers for chromatography are required for a customers process, HyClone has the resources and expertise to ensure that customers have the process liquids they need, when they need them, packaged in convenient delivery systems.

HyClone’s manufacturing facility is located in the Wasatch Mountain Range of northern Utah. Thus, all HyClone Process Liquids begin with a high quality source water that is free from many of the industrial chemicals and pollutants that may be common to more urbanized regions. HyClone’s purification process in its stateof- the-art, audit-friendly facility yields process liquids of uncompromising quality and consistency.

HyClone’s Process Liquids are manufactured under cGMP and ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. HyClone utilizes USP grade components when available. Multicompendial grade chemicals are available upon request.

All HyClone’s Process Liquids are fully QC tested and packaged in convenient readyto- use delivery systems. Standard product sizes range from PETE/G bottles in 100 mL, 500 mL, and 1,000 mL sizes to HyQtainer® BioProcess Containers™ in 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, and 500 L sizes. Process liquids and packaging can be produced on a customized basis to meet customer requirements.
