When increasingly larger volumes of media and process liquids are required, HyClone is poised to respond. Liquid media, supplements, and process liquids are available in lots up to 10,000 L. HyClone’s BioProcess Containers™ (BPCs), available in sizes up to 900 L, provide excellent solutions to large volume liquid handling.

HyClone BPCs are single use, flexible plastic containers designed for the transport, processing, and storage of liquids for a wide range of biotechnology and pharmaceutical applications. BPCs are single-use containers that are manufactured in a Class 10,000 clean room under cGMP requirements and gamma irradiated to assure sterility.

BPCs can be customized to meet any process needs, regulatory requirements, and facility constraints. In today’s highly regulated production environments, BPCs offer cost-effective and flexible packaging solutions that are adaptable to specific requirements. BPCs filled in HyClone’s Large Volume Liquid Media Core are filled using a closed filling system.

When small volumes of media are required, HyClone is capable of producing lots that range in size from 100 to 2,000 L. These lots are dispensed into a variety of packaging options including 500 mL bottles, 1,000 mL bottles and a wide selection of small-volume BPCs ranging in size from 50 mL to 20 L.
