HyClone produces powdered media products in its segregated Dry Powdered Media (DPM) Production Facility.

The facility has been specifically designed to control humidity and prevent cross-contamination by chemical particulates generated during the manufacturing process.

Each work area in the DPM production core utilizes a separate air handling system eliminating the worry of cross contamination between media formulations.

Production of Dry Powdered Media
Dry powdered media are manufactured in accordance with cGMP and ISO 9001:2000 guidelines. High quality raw materials are transferred from our cGMP storage facility and assigned to the production lot according to specification using the validated weight verification system.

Production personnel follow validated procedures to mill or micronize each lot before it is packaged. Each formulation is sampled for quality control testing and is labeled per specification.

All steps in the production process from weighing to cleaning have been completely validated by a skilled validation team. Validations are repeated according to individual specifications.
