HyClone's corporate headquarters are located in Logan, Utah in the USA.
Logan is a university town (Utah State University) located about 80 miles
north of Salt Lake City, in a scenic valley known as Cache Valley. The
headquarters building, which houses administrative, operations, QA/QC,
and Sales and Marketing functions, also contains our R&D group and
various production suits. In a nearby facility on the same property, resides
powder media manufacturing, a warehouse, frozen and cold storage, and
shipping. Up the road just a few miles is HyClone's newest facility, our
bioprocess container manufacturing location. Product Development Engineering,
Design, and QA/QC also are located at this site.

China
HyClone first opened its representative office in China at the end of
1997. Through a network of distributors who cover most major cities in
China, our goal is to make HyClone's world class quality cell biology
products available to Chinese customers.
In addition to the liaison and coordination functions of the office, we
also work with our distributors to design and conduct promotions and periodically
arrange technical training, seminars, and workshops. In the HyClone Beijing
office, we have a technical expert assisting customers on our toll free
phone, 800 810 0242 (China only) to answer technical questions. We are
determined to provide not only world class products, but also the best
service to our customers in China

HyClone's European manufacturing operation is located in the UK. Our Cramlington,
UK facility was completed in 2004 and the state of the art design ensures complete
segregation of Animal Derived Component Free (ADCF) products. The plant manufactures
large volume liquid cell culture media and bioprocess
container products. It is designed to produce more than ten million liters
of liquid cell culture media or process liquids per year in a Class 100,000
clean room using 0.1um sterile filteration. The "closed system"
filling operation fills HyQ tainer® BioProcess Containers (BPCs) up
to 1,000 liters in size. The BPCs are assembled in a Class 10,000 area
and are gamma irradiation sterilized in the UK. The new
facility has its own WFI system and operates under cGMP. The site has been ISO
9002 certified since 1993.
