What is a BPC?
HyClone BioProcess Container™ (BPC^®) systems are single-use, disposable flexible containers (bags) for liquid handling. Manufactured of medical-grade plastics (passes USP Class VI medical grade testing) and configured with ports, tubing, fittings and end treatments, BPC systems provide efficient means for sterile liquid handling in research and production settings.

Applications for BPCs
Use of BPC Systems in biopharmaceutical production greatly reduces the risk of cross-contamination between batches and minimizes turnaround time, cleaning costs, validations and do not require steam sterilization. BPC systems find ready application as sample bags, in mixing and dispensing media and buffers, collecting cell culture end-products and chromatography fractions, and storage. BPCs can eliminate costly capital expenditures for stainless steel tanks and piping. HyClone can design custom configured BPCs for your applications.
