Flexible plastic containers are fragile when frozen. Handle gently! Avoid bumping or dropping frozen containers against any surfaces, edges or corners.

Please observe the following until your frozen BioProcess Container is thawed:

• Avoid bumping or dropping frozen containers against any surfaces, edges or corners.
• Do not flex containers or tubing.
• Do not lift by handles or tubing.
• Lift the frozen container by both ends, gripping containers along opposing seams.
• Leave the protective packaging (bubble wrap, stretch wrap, etc.) intact until product is thawed
