Understanding Bioprocess Applications
HyClone’s BioProcess Container™ (BPC) systems are unsurpassed in their use for large volume liquid containment and handling. HyClone manufacturing facilities have used BPCs as packaging for sera, media, and process liquids since 1994. This expertise has proven invaluable in the understanding of large-scale aseptic liquid handling.

BPC applications extend over a wide variety of unit processing operations as illustrated in the generic process flow diagram above. BPCs are available in configurations suitable for every application in bioprocessing.

Media and buffer preparation
> On-site delivery of sterile filtered pre-formulated liquid media, reagents, buffers and process fluids as well as dry powdered equivalents for temporary storage or JIT manufacturing
