Stem Cells Like other mesenchymal stem cells, these cells have multilineage differentiation potential and immunomodulatory functions in animal models. Tissue differentiation applications include conversion into cell types such as adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteocytes.
Human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (HAMSC) are isolated and expanded from human lipoaspirate using enzymatic treatment. HAMSC are easily isolated, capable of being grown in large numbers, and serve as the test bed to initially validate media. In addition, these cells also have multilineage differentiation potential and immunomodulatory functions in animal models. Tissue differentiation applications include conversion into hepatocytes , neurons and cell types such as adipocytes, chondrocytes and osteocytes. CET Human Amniotic Mesenchymal Stem Cells Human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells may be differentiated into adipogenic, chondrogenic, osteogenic and other cell types.
