Products Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Mesenchymal Stem Cell Expansion Kit Thermo Scientific HyClone ‘s AdvanceSTEM Mesenchymal Stem Cell Expansion Kit has been developed to support the expansion and maintenance of undifferentiated human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs), including Human Wharton’s Jelly stem cells (HWJSCs), Human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (HAMSCs), Human Placental Mesenchymal Stem Cells (HPMSCs), and bone marrow-derived hMSCs. Each kit includes 1000 mL of AdvanceSTEM Mesenchymal Stem Cell Basal Medium and 100 mL of AdvanceSTEM Growth Supplement. The medium and growth supplement should be used together; however, components are also available individually. Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Amniotic Epithelial Expansion Kit Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Amniotic Epithelial Expansion Kit allows for rapid and consistent expansion of Amniotic Epithelial Stem Cells. The kit comprises a proprietary basal Amniotic Epithelial Expansion Medium (450 mL), to which an aliquot of Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Growth Supplement (50 mL) is added at the time of use. Basal Amniotic Epithelial Expansion Medium and Growth Supplement should be used together, but are available as separate components.
Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Adipogenic Differentiation Kit Post expansion using the AdvanceSTEM Mesenchymal Expansion Kit, differentiation of MSCs into adipocytes can be accomplished using Thermo Scientific HyClone’s AdvanceSTEM Adipogenic Differentiation Kit. This kit has been developed to support adipogenic differentiation from human adipose-derived and bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem .
Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Chondrogenic Differentiation Medium The Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Chondrogenic Differentiation Medium has been developed to support differentiation of a variety of hMSCs into chondrocytes. After expansion of hMSCs using the AdvanceSTEM Mesenchymal Expansion kit, chondrogenic differentiation of human adipose-derived and bone-marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells can be accomplished using this medium. Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Osteogenic Differentiation Kit After expanding hMSCs with the AdvanceSTEM Mesenchymal Expanstion Kit, Thermo Scientific HyClone’s AdvanceSTEM Osteogenic Differentiation Kit has been developed to support the differentiation of a variety of human mesenchymal stem cells - including human adipose-derived and bone-marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells into osteocytes.
The differentiation kit comprises a proprietary basal Osteogenic Differentiation Medium (450 mL), to which an aliquot of Thermo Scientific HyClone AdvanceSTEM Growth Supplement (50 mL) is added at the time of use. Basal Osteogenic Differentiation Medium and Growth Supplement should be used together, but are available as separate components.
Thermo Scientific’s HyClone AdvanceSTEM Neural Differentiation Kit has been developed to facilitate the optimal neural differentiation of adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells and Multipotent Cord Blood Unrestricted Somatic Stem Cells (MCBUSSC).
Thermo Scientific HyClone ‘s AdvanceSTEM Cryopreservation Medium has been formulated to support the cryopreservation of human mesenchymal stem cells, multipotent unrestricted stem cells of umbilical cord blood, human amniotic epithelial stem cells, and human hematopoietic stem cells.
*Each kit contains basal medium and growth supplement. Basal medium is stored at 2 – 8 and shipped in kit with blue ice, growth supplement is stored frozen and shipped on dry ice.
